JustBid is a content management and bidding system built for De Brabant Makelaar, designed specifically for real estate agents in the Netherlands. This SaaS platform allows agents to create or join teams, manage real estate listings, and handle offers—all without a public-facing frontend. Instead, JustBid functions like a headless CMS: agents can integrate the API into their own websites using our custom WordPress plugin or by building their own frontend wrapper.

The system supports typical real estate workflows, including uploading images and documents per property, configuring bidding windows, setting minimum offer amounts, and controlling offer visibility.

JustBid uses a pay-as-you-go model—agents only pay when they publish a new property listing.

The tech stack includes ASP.NET Core and Refine.dev. The backend is architected using the Vertical Slice Architecture, following CQRS and REPR patterns for a clean and maintainable codebase.
